We provide assistance with obtaining term contracts with SOMO for up to *0 months. Delivery volume **0,**0 - 2,**0,**0 MT/month. Price basis: ASCI, discount $*3/$*0 for 1 year contract. We may negotiate higher discount for longer terms. Delivery terms: FOB - Basrah, Iraq or CIF any US port (not included in the advertised price).

Interested parties should have available the following documents to initiate procurement of contract: copy of company registration documents within US, brief company CV outlining types of commodities it deals with, charter of the company and names of top managers. Once SOMO determines eligibility for delivery (within **4 business days) the following documents will have to be prepared: LOI addressed to SOMO, POF (LOC), refinery lease or proof of refinery ownership. All these documents must be certified by The Office of Authentications and Embassy of Iraq in the US, translated to Arabic, certified by Central Bank of Iraq and Foregin Ministry of Iraq. We assist with the certification and translation of the documentstion. Please provide only originals. No copies will be accepted. We have direct contact in SOMO and provide expedited services for buyers to procure the contract. We will work with buyers, refineries or buyer mandates.
